Top Notch Standards of Excellence Awards Luncheon and Program

Top Notch of Indiana invites you to attend our 3rd Annual Standards of Excellence Awards program on
May 17th at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This prestigious event will honor the most significant
achievements of the year in the union construction industry and promises to be an exciting networking
opportunity for labor, management, owners and community leaders from around the state.
In addition to your attendance, we strongly encourage any labor unions, contractors, apprenticeship
programs or industry associations to apply for one of four Top Notch Standards of Excellence Awards
to be presented during the program.

The Top Notch Standards of Excellence Awards program was developed by Top Notch of Indiana
for the purpose of recognizing achievements in Indiana’s union construction industry and bringing
togetherlabor, management, ownership and leadership segments of our industry. This unique event
not onlycelebrates excellence in union construction, but also allows all members and associates of
our industryto exchange ideas and become better acquainted in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Top Notch of Indiana
Top Notch is the largest labor/management association representing union construction in the state of Indiana. Formed in 1976, Top Notch was created to provide communication between the union building trades and contractors. Top Notch introduces the public to the union building trades and contractors through community outreach programs and workforce development. Today, Top Notch represents more than 75,000 union tradesmen and more than 4,000 union contractors committed to the partnership of labor and management working together in Indiana.
